Primeros Años después de la Fundación
1977
Semana Scout.- Seguidamente para ese mismo año se realizaría una concentración masiva de scouts, al frente del Panteón Nacional, con motivo de la Semana Scout, durante la fecha del 23 de abril, con el apoyo incondicional por el Ministro de la Juventud, Dr. Pedro París Montesinos.
– Primer registro del Grupo Ser 77, del día lunes 15 de agosto.
– Las Primeras divisas de la
organización en las distintas Unidades fueron las siguientes según su orden:
Tropa, Clan*, Manada, Escultas y una Compañía de Guías menores. / *Formación
del Clan, y en el año de 1985 se reconoce como la asignación Casa MarSuc.
– La Jefe Guía Mundial Olave St. Clair Soames, fallece el 25 de junio del mismo año de 1977 y sus cenizas fueron depositadas junto a su esposo Baden Powell en Nyeri (Kenia) – Africa del este.

1978
– Se realiza el Rover Moot Nacional en el estado
Portuguesa; en la Colonia Vacacional “La Aparición” en Acarigua, con la
asistencia de más de 300 Rovers, provenientes de todos los estados del país;
durante los días del 29 al 30 de
abril y 01 de mayo.
1979
– Durante la Semana Scout de ese año en los días de la
Semana Santa y feriados posteriores, en donde la Comisión Nacional de
Desarrollo de la Asociación de Scout de Venezuela para en aquel entonces, les
ofreciera al Dr. Charles Brewer Carías como Ministro de la Juventud, la
invitación a los actos de la celebración de la “Semana Scout 79” y en donde se le entregaría
un reconocimiento.

Para ese
mismo año se pensaba en realizar el XV Jamboree Mundial Neishabour, Irán.
“Campamento Omar Khayyam”, durante los días del 15 al 23 de julio de 1979. Jamboree que lamentablemente fue suspendido por una Revolución
Islámica, en donde fue pospuesto para el año de 1983 por el de
“Calgary” en Alberta, Canadá.

1977
- On Saturday February 19th Scout Group was founded on "Being 77", in the urbanization of Vista Alegre with lane 2, in a vacant lot right next to the College "Matias Nuñez".
Then for that year would be held a mass rally of scouts, the front of the National Pantheon, during Scout Week, for the date of April 23, with the full support of the Minister of Youth, Dr. Peter Paris Montesinos .
- First record of the Group Ser 77, on Monday August 15.
- The First currencies of the organization in various units were as follows in the order: Troop, Clan *, Pod, Escultas and lower Guides Company. / * Formation of the Clan, and in the year of 1985 is recognized as the allocation MarSuc House.
1978
- It performs the National Rover Moot in Portuguesa state, in the Colony Holiday "The Apparition" in Acarigua, attended by over 300 Rovers, from every state in the country during the days of 29 to 30 April May 1.
1979
